I have worn many hats throughout my professional career, none I find more enjoyable than working with buyers and sellers to realize their real estate dreams.
My background as a licensed real estate consultant, market analyst and project manager creates a perfect blend of skills for this business.
As a full-time and full-service Realtor, I provide advice, advocacy and negotiation to achieve a win-win solution, to help my clients buy or sell their home at the best possible price and terms in the shortest amount of time.
Since 2013, I work primarily with buyers and sellers in Oakland, Western Wayne, Livingston and Washtenaw counties. My buyers include first-time home buyers, step-up and those looking to downsize. My certification as a Senior Real Estate Specialist by the National Association of Realtors uniquely qualifies me to work with those over age 50 who are aiding their aging parents towards senior living (either as independents or assisted) AND who are contemplating their own future housing needs as they become empty-nesters themselves.
There is a real process and strategy involved with marketing a property, and my time "behind the scenes" AND "in the field" gives me a true picture of what is needed for a successful sale and smooth closing from a seller's perspective.
In addition, my depth of real estate knowledge includes managing bank-owned property listings--a job requiring focus, attention to detail, organization, adherence to strict guidelines and timeliness. I understand the foreclosure process, which is a real benefit not only for buyers, but also for sellers to see how foreclosures in their area can affect their property value.
Prior to my first retirement to stay home with my family in 2004, I spent 13 years in the world of market research as a study director, project manager and data analyst. It is this background that gives me the "analytical" tag when people describe me. I know how to look at data and find out how best to analyze your market, and turn that information into a solid marketing program.
